Content Policy

The Standing O is built for honest, generous group send-offs. To keep it that way, the following is not allowed on the platform:
- Harassment, bullying, mockery, or sarcastic send-offs that aren't actually positive.
- Hate speech or content targeting protected characteristics.
- Impersonation — submitting a send-off about a person you don't know, or pretending to be someone you're not.
- Defamatory, false, or misleading claims about the recipient.
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Sharing private personal information (home addresses, phone numbers, medical info, etc.) without consent.
- Spam, advertising, or promotional content disguised as a Standing O.
- Anything illegal where you or the recipient lives.
Takedown requests
If you are the recipient of a Standing O and you want it removed, or if you've spotted a send-off that violates this policy, email hello@standingovationhq.com with the reveal URL and we'll respond within 2 business days.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove send-offs, suspend accounts, or refund and cancel a Standing O at our discretion. Repeated violations result in permanent account termination.
